PC2 is an excellent non-coated grade for machine short clip material. It has good wear resistance and edge strength. It is recommended for machining cast iron, non-ferrous materials, fibers and high temperature alloys. PC300 are CVD coated with TiC/TiC-N/TiN and are grades that are very well suited for machining of carbon steels, alloys steels and tool steels. They work well for finishing and moderate roughing. These grades have been developed to resist thermal deformation and maintain a good balance between wear resistance and strength. Carbide Insert are priced each, please 10 piece minimum order.
